Return Policy

Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon receiving your order, you are required to open the package in the presence of the delivery person. This allows you to inspect the product immediately to ensure it meets your expectations and is free from defects or damage.

Payment Process
After inspecting the product in the presence of the delivery person, you will then proceed to make the payment. Please ensure that the product is satisfactory before completing the payment.

Returning the Product
If you find any issue with the product, such as damage or defects, you may return it immediately to the delivery person. Once the product is returned, you are not required to make the payment.

No Returns After Delivery Completion
Once the delivery is completed and the payment is made, the product is considered final and non-returnable. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the delivery person has left and the payment has been processed.

Exceptions
If an issue arises with your order that is not related to physical defects (e.g., wrong product shipped), please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and take appropriate action if necessary.
